How we work

Our safety project process in seven stages

Every LED projection, collision avoidance or AI camera project follows the same seven stages. You know what happens next, and you see the solution in your own space before you commit.

  1. Start

    Your enquiry

You contact us about a risk, a site or a solution. At this first contact we find out what prompted your enquiry.

  2. Exploration

    First discussion

We talk through your site and record your core requirements, then agree the next steps together.

  3. Survey

    Site visit and risk assessment

We visit your plant for a technical inspection and assess the risk at each point separately: every crossing, corner and route.

  4. Design

    Presentation and simulation

We present the proposed solution in detail, with multimedia and a video simulation of your own space.

  5. Agreement

    Detailed quote

You receive a detailed cost breakdown, technical specifications and an implementation schedule.

  6. Implementation

    Installation

Our experienced technicians install and configure the system, certified for work at height and using full PPE.

  7. Support

    After-sales service

Continuous technical support, preventive maintenance and a prompt response whenever you need us.

See it in your own space first

At the design stage we show you a video simulation of the solution in your own facility: a projected crossing at your door, or a forklift warning on your aisle floor. You judge the result before you receive a quote.

What you can count on

  • A risk assessment for every point

Each hazard point is assessed separately, not as a generic package.

  • No surprises in the quote

Costs, specifications and schedule are set out in detail before installation.

  • Safe installation

Certified technicians who follow all safety rules on your site.

  • Support after go-live

Technical support and preventive maintenance once the system is running.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size of the site and the solutions chosen. The implementation schedule is set out in the quote at stage five, so you know the timeline before you agree.

Do we pay for the site survey?

No. The site visit and risk assessment are free. You receive the simulation and quote and decide from there.

Will installation disrupt our operations?

We agree installation times with you in advance and plan them around your shifts as far as possible. Our technicians follow your site rules and work safely alongside your operations.

What happens if something stops working?

The seventh stage is after-sales service: continuous technical support, preventive maintenance and a prompt response when you need it.
