What data we collect

When you use our contact or site survey forms, we collect the details you enter:

company
email address
phone number
area of interest and your message

We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in your message.

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

To answer your request and take the steps you ask for before a possible contract, such as arranging a site survey or preparing a quote. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To follow up on your enquiry and keep a record of our communication. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and documenting our business relationships and in protecting the website from abuse such as spam, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. If no relationship follows, we delete enquiry data no later than 24 months after our last communication, unless we must keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Who receives your data

Your data is accessible only to the Horus staff who handle your request. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

the service that forwards website form submissions to our inbox (FormSubmit)

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
